If your Bisno Cards provided by us are faulty or have incorrect information, we can arrange for an exchange within five days of delivery. You must comply with directions or instructions given by us about sending the faulty or incorrect information cards to us.

We will also replace the card if the NFC chip is not reading or writing properly with no extra cost but have to return the faulty cards. We do no offer returns since the cards are custom made upon delivery and cannot be refurbished.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not provide you with a refund or exchange or repair the Products purchased by you on Bisno cards where:

• Your order is under printing or ready to be shipped;
• Bisno cards delivered by us are handled hard, accidental damage or used rough; or 
• The Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty does not apply.
